Ok, my mom's right about one thing. I am definitely excited about being friends with Travis again (which is shaping up nicely so far), but John deserves more than just second best news. (Sorry Travis, but I am dating John, not you.) ;)

Wow! I haven't been happier in a long time. I mean, I've been pretty happy lately in general, but John seems to have a talent for making me even happier still, and in more ways than he thinks. I admit I wasn't so sure that I wanted to date him to begin with, and I know we haven't been dating long enough yet to know if and how it'll all work out, but I am very glad we decided to give it a try. I'm excited to see where this goes.

So yeah, it's official. I like John. ;) And now I'm going to get to bed at the earliest time I've pulled off in over... um... a month? Goodnight all!

Hey everyone! It has been way too long since I've posted in here and a lot has happened since then. Although since most of it has happened this week, I guess I'm not technically too far behind. Anyways, on to the news...

(Now to decide which order to put these in... most important first, or least important first? Decisions, decisions. I'd better start with the least important, otherwise I'll manage to forget it entirely.)

Sorry John, but you get the second most important category. I know you'll understand why. Anyways, the news is... John and I are dating as of Valentine's day! I really am rather excited about this development, although it's definitely different already, as it seems that it will primarily be a weekends only thing, seeing as I'm working 10 to 11 hours a day during the week and sometimes a bit on the weekends as well. But that's alright. We'll just see how things go.

Before I get to the most important news item, there is something that I want to say to everyone I can, and while this doesn't get read by all that many people, it does get read by a few, so that's a start I suppose.
I want to say that I am sorry for all the rumors I started about Travis and for anything bad I've said about him in the past year. I am especially sorry that I told people that he had left me for another woman. That is not true and I'm very sorry I ever told anyone that. I realize that saying I'm sorry now isn't going to fix the past, but perhaps it can help mend the future.

Ok, now on to the most important news item. Travis and I are reconciling! I haven't been happier since we were dating! His friendship has always meant a lot to me, and I really have missed it over the past year, even though I wouldn't admit it, even to myself. We each seem to have changed a bit, but we're still very alike in many ways.

So, that's the big news items. In other news... Kate is currently on her way down here to visit me. We have big plans for this weekend. Our bf's better watch out! The bestest roomies in the world are gettin' together again! *evil snicker* ;) There isn't anyone who can stand up to us! lol, ok, so I'm pretty excited to see Kate again. We're gonna go dancing at Club Soraya and hang out and do all kinds of fun things. Also in other news... 20 days to Costa Rica!!! Woohoo! Ok, not much to say about that except we still don't know when our flights are. :P And in more other news... I'm gonna be in Fbks next weekend. My job is flying me up Friday afternoon to go to the accounting alumni social and tell people why they should consider working for KPMG and then I'll be there through Saturday late afternoon. So, anyone in Fbks wanna do something Friday night? I should be free after 9ish.
